Rainbows fur Rememberin'

My human gave me dis very nice rainbow stuffed to the gills wif some gud strong catnips. These Yeowww! Rainbows are from DuckyWorld and they have no stuffings made of fluffs, no sir. They are stuffed only wif da bestest catnips around.

Da best part about dis rainbow iz dat it iz in honor of my anipals who crossed over da rainbow bridge, @Delila_Gerbil and @OscartheCat. We mis you palz!

Dare's No Fleas on Me!

Da humanz said if I wuz going to go outsides I hads to wear somefing called a flea collar. I iz a clean kitteh, I no have fleas! It wuz a struggle getting da collar on me then I would not move for about 5 minutes.

I went back in but kept trying to lick the collar (yucky smell and even yuckier taste). My tongue is so long I could actually reach the collar. Since I wuz licking it da humanz tooked it off me.

Collar only lasted about 20 minutes. Never again!

There's no fleas on me sing, "there's food around the corner, food around the corner for me!" Like dis here dawg...

I Got a Prize in the Mail Yesterday

Mr. Postman put a package in between my doors on Saturday and it was addressed to Borris Kitty! That's me! Oh the best part is it smelled of catnip.





But I got a little impatient and had to ask the humans what iz taking you so long to open up my prize from the #weekendroadtrip #pawpawty on Twitter wif all my anipals?

So hurry up already!

Tater the Watch Dog...er...Cat!

Tater had herz human staffs send over these way cool pictures of this very furocious kitty pretendings to be a guard dog! She not she a kitteh. Hears her MEOW!

Tater Goes Batty Over Ducky

My humans got three duckies from CatToys.com the other day in da mail. Da box came in my name and I was upset dat I could not play with the fund stuff inside. But it was explained to me that these were to donate to the pawpawty this weekend. So I iz okay with that. But then the humans saw how cute and sweet Tater was and they broke into the box and donated a ducky to Tater, after all she was rescued from hers fate at a car wash.

As you can clearly see by these pictures we have another new lover of the Kong Ducky Toy! She just went crazy for it and played and played right there on the walk!








Dis next picture is my favorite one (always save da best for last, right). She is loving the ducky upside down just like me.



Her ducky got a little dirty from playing out in the muddy walk, but dat iz what's great about these cat toys they are refillable so all you do is take out the catnip and throw the duck in the wash. He will come out all clean and purrty. Just like new.

So since we donated one to Tater (well worth it to see another kitten loving it so) we are down to two toys and refills to donate to the pawpawty, but that good two more kittehs get to know the luv of the duckie.

Meeting Tater the Girl Kitty Next Door

While I was outside watching the fishies the neighbors were outside with their kitty. Her name iz Tater. She iz a purrty grey tortie. They found her all alone at a car wash as a little kitteh. So they brought her back and gived her a furever home!



Isn't Tater just the sweetest little kitteh? Who could have just dropped herz off at a car wash?


Dis is Tater now. She iz a bit more growed up but still a kitten. She is a good kitty on a harness and leash. My humans say I should take a lesson from her, whatever that means.

Fishy Watching From the Stoop

Since I wasn't allowed to play with the new ducky cat toys I gots in da mails today, I made the humans let me go out side for a bit. I decide I would watch the fishies from my stoop.

They iz big fishies. Human2 told me the are called Koi (dat is just fancy word for big goldfish I think). They comed up to top of pond making fishy noises and really got my attentions.

I don't think I would like Sir Quacky McGee to swim in dis pond. I fink those big fishies would eat he.

I Gots a Package Today

The mailman came today and stuck something between my doors. It was addresses to me, Boris Kitty! And it smellded of catsnips. Nom nom. I rubbed on it and loved it but Human2 said I could not haz it! What iz that all about? It haz my name on it doesn't it?!

Nom Nom Nom...

I was told there were duckies in dis box. Duckies what were going to go to other kitties what never had duckies before. I love my duck, his name is Sir Quacky McGee! I guess I could share the love of the ducky.

Dat Bad Neighbor Boy Kitty

This is the neighbor kitty. His name is Tommy. He is an always outside kitty that comes over and sits on my porch.

This really upsets me when he is on MY porch. I run to the front door and start hissing and yeowing to let him know I know he is there. But he does not leave. So I get up and paw at the blinds and push them aside and make him see me!

Sometimes my humanz get up and scare him away for me. If he comes over in the day time I cannot go outside until he is long gone. Oh how I dislike this tom cat!

Helping with Car Shopping

I don’t like to go in cars as they usually mean going to the vet. My humans wanted to get me used to driving by taking my to see Grandma, but it never worked I am a big scaredy cat when it comes to getting in the car.

Human2’s car has about 120K miles on it and it is not even paid for yet! She is looking at new cars for when the times comes to replace her beloved PT Cruiser. So I have been helping her find information out about some cars.

We have been looking at Pontiac cars like the G3, which gets really good gas mileage or at least better mileage than our current PT Cruiser does. Between naps I have been daydreaming about the BMW M5. What a car! If we had a dog we would so be looking at the new pet friendly Honda Element. It has paw and bone accents, built in water bowl, extra vents in the back for more doggy air, and a stow-away ramp to help dogs get in the back. It is pretty sweet for puppy owners.

It would seem though that the 2011 Ford Fiesta is more our speed. It is a cute little car, which we like and it should be good on gas, but it is a Ford. We are not Ford people. Maybe we should take a look at some Buick cars too. Most likely we will stick with a Chrysler. Toyota and Honda are on the wishlists too.

No worries though. We hope it will be awhile before we have to seriously look forward to buying a new car. Right now we are only window shopping on the net.

Problems with Neighborhood Kitties

I have been having some problems with a few of the locals here!

We have a couple of always outside kitties in our neighborhood. They come into my garden and mess things up. Today my humans brought in my catnip plant and it was almost all gone!

Not only to the steal from us, but one kitty in particular named Tommy (he belongs to the house a few doors down) comes and sits on my front porch and teases me. He gets me so worked up that I need to growl and hiss at the front door. Sometimes I get so crazy I have broken the blinds on the front door. He just gets me so angry being outside and me stuck inside. And there he is on MY porch!

I have had enough. I will have to set up regular garden sentries to keep this type of trespassing and vandalizing to a minimum.

Bad Squirrel iz Back

The squirrel was back this morning. I had to run from window to window keeping an eye on him. He even came up on the porch to taunt me some more. I would love to gets my paws on that thieving rodent with the bushy, busy tail.


My tail was whipping back and further so hard it would slap the window with a loud thud.

How dare he come up on my porch and bother me! I goona get you, you squirrel.


I had to bouncy between windows every time he went around the side of the house.


I see you standing all tall like a statue of a squirrel, but I know you is a real squirrels.


There you are. Hey all humans come quick. Look at this. That Squirrel is back.

Just Ducky: A Tale of a Boy and His Duck

We Twitter cats were talking about the Kong Ducky refillable catnip toy (used to be known as the Dr. Noys Duck -- at least that is what it was when my humans first bought it for me).

My friend @Manxington gots a Ducky and he just loves it. I remembered having one and sent the staff down to dig it out of storage. (When you are as spoiled as me you have to put somethings away every once in awhile or my stuff would take over the house.)

Well, we had success and the humans found me ducky toy. I needed fresh catnips for it and it was late so I could not play with it that night, but I did gets to play with it the next day. Oh I almost forgots how much I liked my lil yellow ducky. I did miss you! If you don't have a Ducky all your own you will want to go get one!

Terrible Horrible Things at Walmart

Human2 came home tonight form picking up a few things at Walmart and told us about a horrible, terrible thing she overheard someone talking about. She was so upset and so sad because there was nothing she could do. She wanted to all the animal police, but there was no way to prove something she just overheard.

This lady was talking with an older couple telling them that one of the kittens died. Then she goes on to say how some guy (don’t know if it was husband, boyfriend, or kid) had gotten angry and picked up the kitten and threw it against the doorframe. It feel to the floor and died.

How could anyone treat a helpless animal like this? This person that did this has a real problem and should not be allowed around any animals or children – EVER!

Human2 was so upset by it she ran home and gave all us kitties a big hug and a squeeze just for being!

The Shopping Site for Pet Owners

I am sure you have all used shopping comparison sites before. Did you know that most of them are pay per click? That means the stores listed had to pay to be listed (heck they have to pay every time their link is clicked). What does that mean to shoppers looking for the widest selection of cat toys and cat care products? Basically, that you are missing out on a lot of stuff and only seeing what that site is being paid to show you.

So how can a kitty owner find a one-stop shopping site for all their kitty cat needs? Check out ShopWiki, like Google and other search engines they scour the web looking for stores to bring you the most comprehensive shop listings out there. They really do offer up the biggest list of stores for you to compare prices. We only wish they allowed users to rate the stores, because price is not everything and it would be nice to see customer reviews before buying.

Spending Caturday Out in the Yard

I had a great outdoor adventure today. Gots to play in the yard with the humans, eat some nice grasses, see some birdies and loverly flowers. Human2 got down on the ground with me for this cool photo (I did not know she could get down let alone back up again).


As you can see by the photo I was adorable in the yard, but thinking about being bad. I am not known as Bad Big Boy Boris for nothing!

These are some of the loverly flowers I got to look at while human2 filled up my birdie feeder for me. That way I can watch the birdies from my window when I am not allowed out to see them.




This is me getting dangerously close to the alley. I am not allowed back there. A squirrel ran across the alley as this picture was being taken (or so human2 told me after the fact -- she did a good job of distracting me otherwise I would have run after it and got yelled at and be in BIG troubles). I am not allowed on the front porch either but I sneaked up there for a little bit too.


The neighbor kitty was out today too. She was wearing a pretty harness. My humans tried to get me to wear one but I fought tooth and claw to not wear it. Turned out I was too big the the biggest kitty harness any way. They threatened a medium sized doggy harness, but have not attempted that yet.

Of course I had to eat some grasses while I was out there. Why go out if you are not gonna have some grass?
